Milwaukee has some of the oldest concrete inventory in the Midwest — driveways and city walks poured 40, 60, even 90 years ago over clay till and cinder fill that has been compressing ever since. Lake-effect freeze-thaw cycles pump water under slabs all winter, and every spring another panel drops. Is mudjacking or foam better for Milwaukee homes?
